Will I work with you directly or with a team?
You work with me directly. I run your strategy call, plan your content, create it and send your monthly report myself. There's no account manager in between, so you always know who to talk to.
What's the difference between a social media manager and a content strategist?
A content strategist decides what to say, to whom and why. A social media manager creates the posts, publishes them and talks with your audience every day. Most small businesses need both, so I do both: the plan and the daily work.
How can a small business use AI for social media?
AI helps a small business plan content faster, write first drafts of captions, create visuals with tools like Adobe Firefly and Express, and turn one idea into many posts. I set up a simple system so you save hours every week, while the strategy and your brand voice stay human.
Do you run Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram?
Yes. I plan and manage Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including ad creatives, copy, audience targeting and optimization. I also create the Reels and visuals that go into those ads.
Do you work with businesses outside the Bay Area?
Yes. I'm based in San Jose, California, and I work with businesses across the San Francisco Bay Area, the US and internationally. Past clients include brands in the UK and Arizona. Everything can be done remotely.
How much does social media management cost?
It depends on your goals, your channels and how much content you need. Book a free 30-minute call, and I'll suggest a plan that fits your business and your budget. There's no commitment.
What happens on the free 30-minute call?
You tell me about your business, your audience and what's holding your marketing back. I ask a few questions and share ideas. You leave with two or three clear next steps you can use, whether or not we work together.
